Wattersisere.co.uk reserves the right to use all website designs created for clients on Wattersisere.co.uk and in future web design projects as layout templates. It can, however, be requested that this is not the case.

All web pages designed by Wattersisere.co.uk are required to display a link to Wattersisere.co.uk, this can be in any form, but it must be visible. Unless an agreement has been arranged, any web page designed by Wattersisere.co.uk that does not bear a link to Wattersisere.co.uk is deemed to have breeched these terms. Wattersisere.co.uk will then take action to either have the link added or to remove their work from the site.

All information provided to Wattersisere.co.uk and any of its employees by a client for the design of the website will be treated as confidential, unless it is destined to be on public display on the site, and it will be stored securely.
